AquaSuper specializes in the manufacture and development of hydraulic products for industrial use. With more than two decades of experience in the sector, we offer robust and reliable solutions for level control and liquid dosing.
We have in-house engineering for product development, laboratory testing, thermoplastic injection, CNC machining, tooling and assembly — ensuring complete solutions, from design to delivery.
Our portfolio includes float valves, venturi, plastic connections, check valves, level sensors and a broad agricultural line, present throughout the country with authorized dealers and ready stock.

RequiredFloat Valve for Cattle Troughs
Positive ball-sealing technology: unlike membrane systems, the seal uses the water pressure itself — the higher the line pressure, the stronger the closing force. Highly resistant to impurities from artesian wells, dams, lakes, rivers and rural reservoirs, with a reinforced 304 stainless steel arm against cattle impacts.

PP350AQ Float Valve
Precise water level control for troughs, water tanks and reservoirs — no individual shut-off valves needed, with fast, reliable filling. Optional adjustable arm with manual angle adjustment (tool-free) for smooth closing, including submerged outlet.

PET Float Valve
Sustainable float: female thread connection compatible with standard PET bottles — reuse 600 ml, 1 L and 2 L bottles as the float. Cuts costs, promotes recycling and makes float replacement easy.

Tank Bottom Float Valve
Installed submerged, directly at the bottom of the reservoir or trough — eliminates animal contact with the valve, reducing mechanical damage. High flow, excellent performance in untreated water and resistance to hard water and mineral scaling.

Manifold Systems — 3 to 6 Valves
For extremely high flow rates: a set of multiple hydraulic branches running 3 to 6 float valves simultaneously. The 3-outlet model takes 2 or 3 valves; the 6-outlet model takes 3 to 6 — higher flow, faster filling, redundancy and supply safety.
High Flow Float Valve
For applications working with high flow, large reservoirs and sizes above 2" — industry, mining and water treatment systems. Note: this model requires a minimum pressure of 0.5 kgf/cm² for proper operation.

Threaded High Flow
Threaded model with FF200 float and stainless adjustable arm (AJI). Flow rates from 125 to 355 m³/h depending on size and pressure.
